August 30, 2004:
The Bullet and team have returned to Columbus after a successful trip to the Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah. The Bullet reached a timed mile speed of 308.317 mph and driver Roger Schroer now holds an "unlimited" license! August 9, 2004:
The Buckeye Bullet is on its way to Utah! While the Bullet starts its journey to the Bonneville Salt Flats, the team will continue to prepare for our quickly approaching land speed record attempt. The Bullet is now traveling in the Dana trailer, buttoned up and ready for tech inspection immediately upon arrival in Bonneville. July 24-25, 2004:
This weekend marked the Bullet's last test session before Speed Week at the Bonneville Salt Flats. Much of the weekend was spent tuning Bullet's electrical system; lots of progress was made. The team would like to thank Tony Davis VP of Saminco Engineering for his help on Sunday.
July 17-18, 2004:
The Bullet and team were at TRC again for its second test of the season. Many new components and systems were tested and all worked very well. In order to ensure proper preparation for Speed Week 2004, the Bullet will return to TRC to test again on July 24-25, 2004.

June 19, 2004:
The Buckeye Bullet traveled to TRC for its first test of the season. Despite the fact that this was new driver, Roger Schroer's first time driving the car, it went extremely well. Four runs were made and from this test session, Roger got some quality seat time in the Bullet. All are eager to test again on July 17, 2004.
